By using this website, placing an order, or contacting us through COMMS, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

“Halico Art,” “we,” and “us” mean Halico Art, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. “You” means the person or entity using our site or buying our products.

• All artwork, images, text, logos, and site code are protected.
• You may view for personal, non-commercial use.
• No copying, scraping, training datasets/AI models, or commercial use without written permission.
• Artwork attribution & ownership. All paintings and images displayed on our sites are created by Bradley Hamilton (Bradley Hamilton Paintings and Bradley Hamilton Fine Art). Bradley Hamilton is the owner of Halico Art, LLC. External galleries include HamiltonPaintings.com and BradleyHamiltonFineArt.com.

• Prices can change at any time.
• Taxes and shipping are added at checkout where applicable.
• We use third-party payment processors. They handle your payment data under their own policies.
• We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or errors). If we cancel, we’ll refund you.

• Some items (including Artist Saver™) may be sold as pre-orders.
• Estimated ship windows are estimates only. Features, packaging, and timelines may change.
• We may capture payment at order time. If we cannot fulfill, we’ll offer a refund.

• We ship via fulfillment partners. Timing depends on the carrier and your location.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession.
• If your package is lost or damaged, contact COMMS with photos and details.

• Apparel: unworn, unwashed items may be returned or exchanged within the posted window.
• Tools: unused items in original packaging may be returned within the posted window.
• Custom, commissioned, or one-of-a-kind works are generally final sale.
• See SOP or the product page for the full process and timelines.

• Products are for studio use only. Not for food, drink, or medical use.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Follow all common-sense safety practices for paints, mediums, and solvents.
• If you choose to use any optional methods (e.g., clove oil), do so responsibly and at your own risk

We link to external galleries and service providers. We don’t control those sites or their policies. Use them at your own discretion. External galleries include HamiltonPaintings.com and BradleyHamiltonFineArt.com.

If you send us messages, reviews, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content to operate the site, answer you, and improve our services.

Don’t do anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that overloads/attacks the site. Don’t try to access code or data you’re not allowed to access.

• We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Halico Art, LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

We may update products, content, or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above. Your continued use means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you agree to that venue and jurisdiction.

Privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA). If you live in California, you can ask us to: (a) tell you what personal information we collect and how we use it, (b) give you access to it, (c) correct inaccuracies, (d) delete it (with some exceptions), and (e) opt out of any sale or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent. We won’t discriminate against you for using your rights. To make a request, contact COMMS. We may need to verify your identity. You can use an authorized agent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Proposition 65. Many paints, solvents, and materials used in art-making can expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Learn more at www.P65Warnings.ca.gov. Always follow the warnings and safety instructions from the paint/solvent manufacturer. If any Halico Art product requires a Proposition 65 warning, we will place that notice on the product page and on the package.

Shine the Light. We do not share personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing. If this changes, California residents may request details via COMMS.

Minors under 18. If you are a California resident under 18 and have posted content on our site, you may request removal via COMMS. Removal may not be complete (e.g., cached or archived copies may remain).

Use COMMS to reach HQ. Include order details, photos (if damaged), and your preferred contact method.

• Start a return/exchange via COMMS within the posted window.
• Ship items back in original packaging where applicable.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection
