1) Who we are & scope
“Halico Art,” “we,” and “us” mean Halico Art, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website(s), contact us via COMMS, place an order, or otherwise interact with us.
This Policy doesn’t cover websites we don’t control (for example, external galleries linked from Armory such as HamiltonPaintings.com and BradleyHamiltonFineArt.com) or services run by third parties. Their policies apply to them.
Artwork attribution & ownership. All paintings and images displayed on our sites are created by Bradley Hamilton (Bradley Hamilton Paintings and Bradley Hamilton Fine Art). Bradley Hamilton is the owner of Halico Art, LLC.
2) What we collect
We try to collect the minimum needed to operate the site and fulfill requests.
Information you give us
- Contact details (name, email, shipping/billing address, phone if you provide it).
- Messages you send through COMMS, reviews, support requests, and preferences.
- Order details (items, sizes, notes) and returns information.
- Newsletter sign-ups and your marketing preferences.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages, approximate location from IP).
- Cookies or similar technologies used to keep your session, remember preferences, measure site performance, and reduce fraud.
Information from service partners
- Payment processors (confirmation of payment, payment method type — we don’t receive full card numbers).
- Fulfillment/shipping partners (tracking numbers, delivery status, returns processing).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, government IDs, health data). Please don’t send sensitive data through COMMS.

Other U.S. states (e.g., CO, CT, UT, VA, OR, TX, etc.) Similar rights may apply (access, correction, deletion, opt out of targeted advertising/sale, and data portability). If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision via COMMS; we’ll review and respond within the timeframe required by your state law.

- Legal bases: contract (to fulfill orders), legitimate interests (site security, anti-fraud, service improvement), consent (marketing/cookies where required), legal obligation (tax/records).
- Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- Transfers: your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. When we transfer personal data, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
7) Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
- Orders and transaction records: typically 7 years.
- Customer service messages: typically 2 years.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or after a period of inactivity. We may keep limited backups or logs longer for security and legal reasons.
8) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords on your email accounts and be cautious with phishing.
9) Children
Our site is not intended for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us via COMMS to request deletion.
